Visual Studio is not selected-and-say and creating (not to mention remembering) all the custom "things" is a real chore. Quite frankly, programming with Dragon is not easy. I also have custom commands for creating complex variables: camel case (camelCase), class case (ClassCase), parameter case (pCase), snake case (snake_case) etc. Personally, I prefer creating custom commands as opposed to vocabulary entries for things like BOOL, TRUE, INT and any of the "reserved" C words (for one thing, it makes them easier to share with others). There are quite a few posts here on the forum which deal with the nitty-gritty details. Dragon crashes VERY frequently (Dragon 13 is a little better).
